Level upgrade
Moving to a new level and reducing the commission happens instantly when the required monthly trade volume is reached.
Monthly cycle
Volume is evaluated each month. At 00:00 UTC on the first day the volume is reset and calculation starts anew.
Status retention
The achieved level is saved. The status from the previous month becomes the starting level for the next month.
